The Cardinals finish the opening road trip with a 3-3 record, after taking care of business (in bizarre fashion...) in Pittsburgh.
Now, they come home to play their first non-NLC opponent and open the 2019 season at Bush Stadium. All they have to do is get past Manny Machado and a whole host of Rookie of the Year candidates including Fernando Tatis Jr. and Chris Paddack.
Should be easy, right?
If the first week of baseball has taught us anything it's that NOTHING is going to be easy this season. Not even playing the Padres.
