I was watching the Cardinals game earlier, which is never a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Especially when they are playing the 2018 Reds. And especially when Marcell Ozuna decides to hit a home run all the way to Newport, Kentucky.
Alas, I am no longer watching the Cardinals game. Unlike Michael Wacha's nine-pitch walk-inducing at-bat, I did not put up much of a fight when one of my kids came into our television room and started a meltdown. I am now watching Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. It's the "If you can't get what you waa-aant...Stomp three times...[stomp, stomp, stomp]...to hep yourself feel better" one. All in all, not a terrible episode.
But kids are monsters.
